Megan Shinske, Nurse Practitioner

Megan Shinske is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience in both acute care and Indigenous community health.

For the past two years, she has been practicing as an nurse practitioner (NP), providing comprehensive primary care within a nurse practitioner–led model that emphasizes accessibility, continuity, and collaborative care.

Megan is passionate about delivering patient-centered, harm reduction–informed care. She is committed to building safe, trusting relationships where patients feel respected, supported, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions. She believes that strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation of effective care and works to ensure every patient feels safe, heard, and valued.

Her clinical interests include Women’s Health and ADHD assessment and management, where she provides thoughtful, individualized, evidence-based care. Megan understands that health is influenced by many social and structural factors and strives to meet patients where they are, without judgment.

A lifelong learner and dedicated healthcare advocate, Megan continually pursues professional development to provide the highest quality care. She warmly welcomes all new patients to her clinic and looks forward to partnering with individuals and families on their health journey.

Paige, Medical Office Assistant

Paige is a friendly and compassionate Medical Office Assistant who helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who visits the clinic. She enjoys getting to know patients and learning about their experiences, helping ensure they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

With a caring and understanding nature, Paige is committed to making each patient’s experience positive and respectful. She is passionate about healthcare and looks forward to pursuing a future career in the field, bringing enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn to her role every day. As Megan’s daughter, Paige is especially excited to be part of the clinic and the new opportunities it brings to the community. She warmly welcomes all patients and is proud to support the clinic’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
